Are you after something special for yourself or your foodie friends? Stay at gracedale yarra valley and just a ten minute drive away attend Bella Cooking School at the popular Bella Vedere Restaurant, recently awarded one Chef's Hat. Classes are held Thursday and Friday and are all hands on. The day begins at 9.00am for tea & coffee, 9:30am start upstairs until 12 - 12:30pm. Enjoy a glass of local sparkling while you're creating dishes in the class under instruction from renowned Chef, Gary Cooper. Learn to cook restaurant style dishes that will feature on the menu that day. Only ten guests per class, however one on ones can be arranged. Then sit down to lunch, your choice from the a la carte menu.
Cooking School $150, (price may alter according to seasonal products), accommodation at gracedale, $250 for Thursday only, $290 for Friday only, $540 for two nights with a complementary bottle of Domaine Chandon NV Brut or a local Yarra Valley wine. Also in the package, enjoy free transportation to and from gracedale and Bella Vedere.
